The world needs elders. The world needs my generation to focus on becoming elders; to go beyond leadership and then retirement.
The world needs to invest in this upcoming generation, not only to lead in the world, but to also aspire to become elders to the generation that follows them.
‘Olders’ need to become Elders and ‘Youngers’ need to be on the journey to become Elders.
Olders partnering with youngers, to create a sustainable world of equality and liberty, for all.

A small group of people of all ages, committed to investing in becoming the elders of this and the next generation.
Following a curriculum of conversations that enable the sharing of wisdom and perspective, innovation and action.
The groups are based on equality and collaboration, where the participants engage in a journey of becoming the best they can be, for the benefit of the world
